Top 10 (-3) Golden Globes 2009 Best and Worst Dressed
The best faces of Hollywood and international cinema came together to attend the 66th Golden Globe Awards at Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California on Sunday, Jan 11th. From Angelina Jolie, Renee Zelwegger and Cameron Diaz to Eva Longoria, Demi Moore, Sandra Bullock and our very own Slumdog girl Freida Pinto. We present to you Hollywood’s ‘most stylish’ and ‘not so stylish’ at the Golden Globe Awards function this year.
The Best
# 10 Kate Winslet

Double nominee (and double winner) Kate Winslet shows that black doesn’t always have to be boring and basic in a strapless Yves Saint Laurent column dress, complete with velvet and diamond belt detail, gorgeous diamond earrings and bracelet and statement red lips.
# 9 Salma Hayek

Salma Hayek oozes sex appeal, with her tiny waist and, um, ample chest being shown off perfectly in a Grecian-style Dior gown. Just a reminder to all the stick-thin starlets out there that real women do have curves.
# 8 J. Lo

Remember when J. Lo made jaws drop in her plunging, barely there Grammys dress? The new mom proves she’s still got it in a draped, backless and, again, very cleavage-friendly gold lame Marchesa gown.
# 7 Megan Fox

Megan Fox works the red carpet solo at her first Golden Globes in a curve-hugging metallic Ralph Lauren dress. Fiancé Brian Austin Green should know better than to let her go anywhere unescorted looking like this.
# 6 Blake Lively

Blake Lively sure knows how to get people talking. The ‘Gossip Girl’ star borrowed from her character’s fashionista ways in this steel blue, jewel-encrusted strapless Nina Ricci gown.
# 5 Olivia Wilde

It’s going to be hard to beat Olivia Wilde for best dressed on the Golden Globes red carpet. The ‘House’ star is radiant in a deliciously ruffled and belted lavender strapless Reem Acra gown with a full sweeping skirt and simple makeup and accessories to balance it out.
# 4 Christina Applegate

Christina Applegate manages to make a brand new golden Roberto Cavalli gown look perfectly Old Hollywood glam with a sweeping updo and magnificent Lorraine Schwartz jewels. Samantha who? This look is 100% Christina.
# 3 Beyonce

Beyonce gets upgraded on the red carpet, wearing a sparkly, beaded Elie Saab gown, Lorraine Schwartz jewels and a sleek and simple ponytail. It’s no wonder the ‘Cadillac Records’ star didn’t stay a single lady for long …
# 2 Eva Longoria

What pregnancy rumors? Eva Longoria Parker shows off her petite figure in a full-skirted crimson Reem Acra gown with an awards-appropriate carpet-sweeping mermaid hem, but it’s her eye-catching celestial diamond earrings that are the real stars of this look.
# 1 Anne Hathaway

Nominated ‘Rachel Getting Married’ star Anne Hathaway looks ready to celebrate in a strapless, flowing Armani Prive navy blue gown with a dazzling beaded bodice, her signature pulled-back ‘do and bright crimson lips.
The Worst
# -3 Jenna Fischer

Jenna Fischer doesn’t get out of the ‘Office’ much — and her awards wardrobe suffers because of it. Going for a bold statement in a floral Zuhair Murad gown, the funny lady looks less bohemian and more like she let someone sew her drapes into a dress.
# – 2 Drew Barrymore

Is life imitating art for Drew Barrymore? The normally bubbly, edgy star — who is playing beyond the edge for HBO’s ‘Grey Gardens’ — disappoints in an over-the-top John Galliano for Dior grey strapless gown and seriously teased up bob.
# -1 Renee Zellweger

Looks like someone’s got a case of the look-at-me’s. Renee Zellweger bares it all — well, almost — in a Carolina Herrera gown with a sheer, split-shouldered top and mermaid hem, topped with a curled updo. Guess she figured no one would be looking at her hair …
